I worked as Lead User Experience Designer on this 8 month design project as a Freelancer/contractor for a Design & Development Agency in Sydney. The Client (College Of Law) is a tertiary educator organisation who were redesigning their whole tech. system and wished to revamp their customer facing end points including their public website and private user portal.

Starting with conducting client workshops to determine client needs and brainstorm UX/UI direction, I was in charge of the entire design process including High fidelity UIs (FIGMA) and interactive prototypes. In my role also included weekly communication and collaboration with client as well as cross functional teams in the agency, to successfully deliver a design that the client was happy with.

I also oversaw a junior UX designer during this process.

Challenges of project: included a high volume of content that required information architecture design.
